The Turkey Will Have Its Revenge...

On turkey day let us not lose sight of the fact that we are eating a domesticated derived avian theropod- a dinosaur. The turkey is also one of two domesticated new world animals that I can think of- the other being a guinea pig- so it is distinctly a dish of the Americas.
